Social support program for youth living with or at risk of HIV (ages 18–29)
Youth Connection is a program by and for youth living with or at risk of HIV. Our goal is to support you on your journey, strengthen your well-being, and connect you with others who share similar experiences.
We deeply value privacy and confidentiality, and our entire team is committed to protecting your personal information.
What we offer:
- Individual support:
Up to 7 one-on-one peer support sessions. - Monthly group activities:
CineConnection (movie club with discussion and pizza) and recreational outings to parks, museums, concerts, and more. - Workshops and learning spaces:
Sessions focused on emotional well-being, self-care, youth leadership, sexual health, and harm reduction. - Free snacks and transportation:
Every group activity includes free food and metro tickets.
We can support you with:
- Disclosing your HIV status safely.
- Mental health and emotional well-being.
- Sexual health information.
- Substance use and harm reduction strategies.
- Anything else you’d like to talk about!
