This month we will be doing an activity where each ofus decorates a glass jar. We will then fill the jar with pieces of paper with self-soothing activity ideas. If you are feeling stressed out or down, you can simply take a piece of paper out of the jar for a self-care idea! Lunch will be provided from 1-2 pm. On this night, you can use any supplies from our art cabinet to work on any project you like! If you are working on a project at home, feel free to bring it. We will have a low key evening of arts, coffee, tea and chatting.
We're bringing the Zen to ACCM! During the winter, we will be doing yoga in the drop-in twice a month to keep us warm, present, and out of hibernation. This class is accessible to all levels, and can be adapted to different levels of mobility. If you have any accessibility needs or concerns, don't hesitate to let us know and we will make sure that you can participate.
