NEW: Meditation Group

Starting this month, we will have a member-led meditation group on Wednesdays from 5-6 pm in the ACCM drop-in. Elliott Gordon is a meditation instructor and community builder. He has studied mindfulness, metaphysics and yoga. He has lead weekly classes on meditation and offered workshops on how to reduce stress using meditation techniques. Elliott welcomes all to experience the joy and bliss of stillness.
