We’re bringing the Zen to ACCM! This December we are starting a yoga class in the drop-in to help keep warm during the winter months, focus on mindfulness and being present, and keep us moving and out of hibernation. This class is accessible to all levels, and can be adapted to different levels of mobility. If you have any specific access needs, don’t hesitate to let us know and we will make sure that we can adapt the class for you! We will also be asking if you have any needs at the beginning of every class. We are looking forward to seeing you there!
