Koa will be facilitating a spirituality group at ACCM once again!

The spirituality group will not focus on a particular religion or dogma but rather will focus on spirituality, meditation, and discussions.

For this spirituality group, members are asked to bring in an item from around their house that they are ready to let go of, and there will be a small gift exchange!
