This month’s topic is new beginnings. During this group we create a safe and supportive space to share feelings in the moment. honoring each other is a core value during our time together and we remind people of self-care and unconditional love throughout the session. A light meal is included in the evening. This will be the last spirituality group for the time being (until further notice).
