Somatic Chair Yoga focuses on cultivating a flexible and resilient nervous system to help students handle life stressors with more ease, providing them with tools to relieve tension from the inside out. Students are invited to listen to their internal landscape bringing awareness to their breath to guide their practice. Options for poses will be offered to students to explore mindful organic movements at their own pace. Somatic yoga centres around embodying how the poses feel in your body through intuitive movements rather than what a pose looks like.
