Call for nominations – board of directors

The board of directors is a governance board which provides strategic direction to the organization. Board members serve as the organization’s ambassadors, advocates, and community representatives. 

They are elected at the AGM and serve on the board for two years.ACCM strongly encourages people of color, people of diverse gender and sexual identities, people living with HIV/AIDS and/or hepatitis C, members, and people with volunteering experience to apply. 

This year, we are also looking for candidates with an HR background!

Please note that if you are someone who relies on ACCM’s services or volunteers at ACCM, being a board member will involve learning a lot about our funding, our staff, and our history. We hope you use your discretion as it may affect your relationship to the organization.

ZOOM Workshop

The ACCM Aging Committee will be presenting a PowerPoint presentation on the use of ZOOM at an electronic meeting of members, as well as etiquette during the AGA on ZOOM as well as an introduction on how you can host ZOOM meetings.
